MEA offers:
- NEC® Code Training - Classroom and Online - the classes will fulfill 2, 4, 8 to 16 hours of continuing education credits toward electrical license renewal.
- Code Changes - explains changes in the National Electrical Code (NEC®) and fulfils 8 to 16 hours of continuing education credits toward electrical license renewal.
- Grounding and Bonding- explains the code requirements for grounding and bonding in an electrical installation - 2, 4 to 8 hours CE (approved for online live training)
- Overcurrent Protection- explains the code requirements for overcurrent and selective coordination - 4 hours CE
- Calculations Residential - explains code required calculations for residential applications - 4 hours CE
- Motors Installation Requirements- explains the code requirements for a single and multiple motor installations and required installation requires for various types of motors - 4 hours CE
- Registered Unlicensed Renewal - Code material for the 2 hour renewal of JW and registered unlicensed electricians - 2 hours CE (approved for online live training)
- ONLINE NEC® Code Training - National Electrical Code Training examines the current code.
- All classes based on the 2008 NEC®.

- ONLINE classes are approved in the several states and expanding. Presently approved, Minnesota, Nebraska, Wyoming, Arkansas
- Electrical Exam Prep Class provides a thorough review of the NEC® code, formulas, math, and theory to prepare for the Minnesota State electrical licensing exam for a Journeyman, Master, or Maintenance electrician.
- Apprentice Training offers classes designed by electricians and industry leaders to train electrical apprentices. It is extremely flexible and can be used for online classes, small group study and/or self-study. Classes begin in September and end in May, and are held one night a week online.
- Get Connected are a series of seminars on various current business and industry related topics.
- Private Training MEA brings electrical training to you. Employers, take advantage of customized on-site training.
