MEA Board of Directors
The MEA's Board of Directors is elected by the MEA membership. Their role is to ensure the continuity of the association by: planning for the future, establishing and reviewing the major policies and programs that support its mission, representing the members in their district, making sure the organization is fiscally sound, and retaining a chief executive officer to handle day-to-day operations.
Committees
Committees form the heart of the Minnesota Electrical Association. The work of MEA is a job for the entire membership voluntarily banded together into well-organized committees. A committee is not designed to do staff work. Its function is one of study, review, guidance, direction and evaluation.
Staff
The mission statement of our staff is to partner with our office friends, treating our teammates with respect and tolerance while working toward our common goals. We create an environment that is professional, fun, productive and creative to deliver quality products and services that will support and implement our customer/members' mission statement.
