We understand that business changes and an apprentice can no longer continue in the program.  The information below describes our policy for apprentices who cancel or withdraw from their courses.


Tuition policy for withdrawal from Apprentice course:

Any student who withdraws before the first day of classes will be refunded the full tuition paid, minus a $100.00 administrative cancellation fee.

Students who withdraw from the course during the first 4 classes will receive a refund of 75% of the full tuition paid.  

Students who withdraw from the course during classes 5-8 will receive a refund of 50% of the full tuition paid.  

Any student who withdraw after 8 class meetings will receive no refund.  

Refund for materials purchased (Books, Study guides):

Books and study guides that were already purchased but not used by the first day of class may be returned for a full refund minus shipping costs.

Books and study guides may not be returned any time after the first class meeting and will receive no refund.
