Seanger Brothers Bag Monster Moose! On the last day of a recent hunt of a lifetime with Eric in Canada’s Yukon Territory, Jason got a 550-yard shot off up into the mountains. At the time of the shot, at that distance, all the group knew is that it was a “shootable” moose, probably at least as big as the one Eric took several days earlier (antler spread an impressive 58 inches). Shootable indeed—Jason’s moose had a whopping 73-inch spread. According to the outfitter, the largest moose ever taken on one of its hunts measured 74-7/8, in 2012.
Federated Mutual Group named to 2017 Ward’s 50® Top Performers… Ward Group, a Cincinnati-based consulting firm specializing in the insurance industry, recently named Federated Mutual to the top 50 U.S. based property and casualty companies. Ward Group annually recognizes 50 companies that have excelled at balancing financial safety, consistency, and performance during the past five years. They conducted separate analyses on nearly 3,000 property and casualty companies and 700 life-health companies within the insurance industry.
Erin Murray, MEA… Women Anglers of Minnesota recognized Erin for achieving Master Angler status in the bass division in their July tournament (20”).
