The One-Stop Efficiency Shop® (One-Stop) helps small businesses save on energy costs and earn significant rebates from Xcel Energy by upgrading lighting equipment. One-Stop makes it easy for contractors to participate by offering:

A free audit with cost savings to help you sell jobs
Significant rebates to help offset the
customers’ project cost
Convenient financing options
Completion of all program and rebate paperwork

Rebates are also available for customers looking to upgrade their RTUs.

Eligible participants must have an active commercial account within Xcel Energy’s Minnesota service territory and a peak electric demand of 400kW or less. Center for Energy and Environment, a local nonprofit and MEA member, implements the One-Stop Efficiency Shop on behalf of Xcel Energy.
