- Design/Build, Manager at Risk and Job Order - A new law went into effect in 2005 allowing bids using design/build, manager at risk, and job order billing for certain projects through the University of Minnesota School system. Look for expansion in the use of job order, manager at risk, and design/build in projects for the future.
