Strategic Planning Committee (Ad Hoc)

1. Develop a strategic plan by doing the following:
   1. Determine future trends
   2. Choose strategies to cope with changes
   3. Develop long-term and short-term objectives
   4. Allocate resources and finances necessary for completion
   5. Survey members
      
2. Update the Strategic Plan annually and do a thorough update every three to five years
3. Task Committees or staff with the completion /progress of items within the strategic plan
