No. Tuition is paid one year at a time per apprentice.

No. Payment must be made in full each year before enrollment. Payment plans are not available.

Tuition Refund Policy:

  • βœ… Before first day of class: Full refund, minus $100 admin fee
  • βœ… During Classes 1–4: 75% refund
  • βœ… During Classes 5–8: 50% refund
  • ❌ After Class 8: No refund

Books & Study Guides:

  • πŸ“˜ Unused & returned before first class: Full refund (minus shipping)
  • ❌ After first class: No refund

Yes. Each apprentice needs their own study guide to take notes and follow along each week.

No. Each apprentice must log in from their own device with a unique login. Attendance and engagement are tracked individually.

It gives us permission to share your grades with your employer. Without it, we cannot provide progress reports.

Only Electrical Association members are eligible. Application and board approval are required. Call us for info.

No. Apprenticeship classes fulfill RTI requirements but do not count toward CE hours.

No. You must still log 8,000 hours of on-the-job training to qualify for the MN Journeyworker Exam.

Visit electricalassociation.com or use the Moodle app. Your login remains the same year to year. Call (612) 827-6117 if you need a reset.

No. You may watch the recording and still receive credit for the class.

Grades are updated weekly. If it still doesn’t appear after a few days, please call us.

Yes. To pass you must:

  • βœ”οΈ Watch all lessons (live or recorded)
  • βœ”οΈ Complete all quizzes, homework, and exams
  • βœ”οΈ Score 70% or higher on all assignments

Yes. You must maintain 80% attention. Having other apps (email, Facebook, etc.) open may reduce credit.

You have 2 weeks after the final class to submit everything. Access closes on June 1. Incomplete work means repeating the year.

Yes, but you must make up missed classes by watching recordings and completing all assignments.
